1. Enrollment Terms
- Students must possess a valid Learner's License before they are allowed for on-road practical training.
- For four-wheelers, the student must be at least 18 years of age.
- A medical certificate may be required as per RTO guidelines.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
- All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of practical sessions.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances after the first class has commenced.
- If a student drops out midway, no partial refund will be provided.
3. Training Schedule & Attendance
- Classes are scheduled based on student availability and vehicle slots.
- A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given for cancellation of a class, failing which it will be counted as a completed class.
- Punctuality is required. The time lost due to late arrival will not be compensated.
4. Code of Conduct
- Students must listen and strictly follow the instructor's directions at all times.
- Use of mobile phones during drive sessions is strictly prohibited.
- Any student found under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be immediately expelled without refund.
5. Liability & Safety
- All training vehicles are dual-controlled and comprehensively insured.
- However, Secure Drive or its instructors shall not be held liable for any unforeseen accidents or damages that occur despite the instructor's preventive actions.
6. Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information (name, phone, email, address, documents) provided to us will be used strictly for the purpose of training enrollment and RTO documentation. We do not sell or share student data with third-party marketing entities.
